need the app installed.
What gets deleted
Your accountThe account itself and your sign-in details.
Everything you recordedEvery exhibition, supplier, product, price and price tier.
Notes and recordingsEvery note, voice recording, transcript and interpreter conversation.
Photos and videoIncluding the files themselves in our storage, not only the rows.
Your travel walletTickets, flights, hotels and documents.
Your consent recordsIncluding the record of the terms you accepted.
There is no recycle bin and no grace period. Once it is done we cannot bring any of it
back, and neither can you.

Enter the email address of the account. We will send you a link that signs you in for this
one purpose, so that nobody else can delete your account by typing your address here.
You are signed in. This is the last step.
Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone. If you are not certain, close
this page: nothing has been deleted yet.
If you still have the appIt is quicker there: Settings, then My data, then Delete account. The result is
exactly the same.
Prefer to write to a personEmail privacy@trywhoo.com from the address on the account. We confirm and act
within 30 days, usually the same day.
What is kept, and whyNothing that identifies you. Where the law requires a record, such as an invoice
for a subscription payment, we keep only that record and use it for nothing else.
